In the department where I work at the Austin Community College, we're using CentOS to dual-boot about 125 workstations, as well as on several servers. I recently came across a message board on the CentOS website that invites users of the CentOS system to "brag their facts". I did just that for our department, you can check it out in the "We use CentOS" board.
